I purchased this for my husband for Xmas. We both have the bigger model at our workplaces. We love it. Yes it vibrates the counter a bit when it's refilling the pump...but who cares! We have a variety of k-cups, coffee, tea, and cocoa. They are all good. I brew a travel cup of coffee every morning for myself. Its so nice to be able to pop a kcup in, brew and go!
