I'd give this 4 stars or so. The coffee is good, the service is good, the machine is durable. BUT you can't clean out the old coffee oil. You CAN clean and soak the two removeable parts (and I do daily) and you CAN wash the reservoir (and I do), but the interior of the brewing area is almost impossible. Every other day or so, I go after the innards with a wet paper towel and a Q-tip, and there's enough old detritus so I'm glad I did.
