We didn't think this product was worth the money. We used it for 2 weeks and tried many different types of k-cups.
1) The coffee tasted bland and all the hot chocolate was weak.
2) When we drink coffee we drink 4-8 cups.You still have to manually load water in the coffee maker so there it is no "easier" than a drip coffee maker.
3) The k-cups aren't recycleable so that seems bad.
All in all, we think drip coffee tastes better and is less expensive.
