I got this machine for my office after buying my wife the smaller 1 cup maker for her office. Its fast, clean and makes good coffee. In fact, I'm thinking of crossing out KEURIG and writing in 'TEH CRAKZ!' since I now am drinking twice the amount of coffee I was in the office. I have people circling my office with mugs and meaningful looks in their eyes. I highly recommend this machine if you've been thinking about it and are wondering if you really need it. Yes, you do!
Only one complaint is that when the water pump activates to refill the heater after the brew the metal riser tends to vibrate. This machine would have been 5 stars otherwise, and probably would have been 5 if it wasn't 3 feet from me getting used 10 times a day.
But really, its hard to compare with the feeling of having fresh, superior coffee than pretty much everyone else in your office at a net of about $.50 a cup. It's also hard to put a price on the warm feeling of smug!
