The machine is great, it's the coffee selections that are bad - for starters. The stores that carry the product are few and far between, and they can't get very many varieties of coffee. What's available (green mountain) is worse than sewer water. I've tried to order from my regular store but they tell me that the distributors don't have any other flavors available. By the way, the hot chocolate is also bad.
Using the alternate attachment for your own coffee is complicated and defeats the purpose of a simple and fast coffee machine.
I ordered samples from Keurig over the phone - it took more than 40 minutes to order these - please note that I am paying for these samples - a confirmation email indicated that he sent many incorrect items,omitted many others I ordered, and sent them to the wrong address. I called back and spoke with another representative - 30 minutes more to rehash the whole order - only to learn that she has no authority to do anything about anything - not even to correct my address with the ups shipment - so I ask...why is she even on the phone????
Customer service called me the following monday - what's this about 24/7 customer service?? It is False Advertising! That lady wanted me to go over everything in the previous conversations - Didn't the second person at "Customer Service" take notes? I didn't have the time to spend and just told her if she was an official customer service rep she would know the proper thing to do to provide a good customer experience for me.
Obviously she did not - someone down the street brought over the ups package a week later with all the wrong/missing samples for which I paid $20 plus $8 shipping, plus more than 75 minutes of my time.
