I got one of these for Xmas and brought it to my office. I liked it so much we got another one for home! The coffee is very good, and the convenience factor makes up for any issues I have. To save money I make each cup of coffee with one K-Cup used twice -- once on the largest setting and once on the smallest setting. Makes up for not having the largest setting available.
The only real negatives are the noise it makes (not a big problem to me), the cost for K-Cups (look for sales and it'll be cheaper, and it's always cheaper than going to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks) and the small water reservoir. Other than that I like it a lot for a good cup of coffee and the convenience factor.
However, in the spirit of Macy's from A Miracle on 34th Street, I got it for [...] cheaper at Costco and received an extra 72 K-cups and a gizmo for using with your own coffee grounds. 72 K-cups is about [...] worth of coffee and the gizmo goes for [...] on Amazon.
