This coffee maker is excellent. The K-cup thing is an exercise in convenience to begin with, which is only enhanced by the addition of a much larger reservoir than some of the smaller models, meaning you can brew more cups before you have to go and refill the thing.
Coffee quality is generally very good. Depending on the brand you buy, the coffee is occasionally a little on the weak side, but you can compensate for this by buying darker brands.
If there's a downside, it's that the largest cup size available from this model is 10 ounces, which is substantially less coffee than I drink in the morning. It doesn't manage to fill my modestly large mug all the way, which is mildly annoying. Still, I can always just brew another cup, and I suspect that the size limitation has more to do with the capacity of a K-cup than the capacity of the coffee maker itself.
