I love this thing! Originally, I wanted the kitchen aid pro coffee maker. My husband picked out the Keurig and after a lot of convincing we bought it. I wanted a large coffee maker for dinner parties and guests. What I quickly found out is guests LOVE the Keurig; they get to pick their own coffee/tea, strength and size. It is a real crowd pleaser. The only thing that would make this machine better would be if my coffee were ready and waiting for me when I get up. Instead, I have to wait all of 20 seconds. This machine is great, I can't say enough about it. The customer service is wonderful too. I called to find out how to de-scale the machine and they walked me right through it. FYI: We purchased the Keurig from William Sonoma and I was disappointed to find out that they no longer sell their products. WS is across the street from our home and buying our coffee there was very convenient. I'm not sure what they no longer sell such a great product.
