We are very happy with the product. It should deserve 5 stars but after a month use we found two factors that could be improved 1) It requires some effort to determine which flavor is best, but once you find it you may not get it at an affordable price, specially if it the extra bold and flavored. And the sites that do carry them charge you shipping, tax, if not both combined not that is bad, just excessive if you add up the costs. 2) If you constantly use the 9.5 oz option, if you have have to fill more often than usual and definitely use extra bold or very fine, dark grinds, otherwise you make a hot kinda coffe flavored water drink.
Overall though, it is a great buy. The amount of cups you can make is only limited to how much water you can fill or how many K-cups you have on hand and each cup is fresh, fresh, fresh!!!
