This was my Christmas gift last year. I am the only one who drinks coffee at my house, and usually just 2 cups a day. I love flavored coffees. I used to use a small 4 cup with cone shaped filters and I was so tired of having coffee grounds in my coffee every morning, so Santa bought this one. I love it. Simple to use, works fast and I can switch out flavors easily. I buy my coffee thru Amazon subscription so I don't have to worry about trying to find the cups at the stores.
I have noticed that it seems louder than it was when I first got it, but that doesn't bother me. It's only for a minute. The only thing I don't like is that the water container seems small. I wish it was bigger so I didn't have to refill as often.
They sell a K-cup that you can reuse over and over again with your own coffee rather than buying their cups. I have it, I wasn't impressed with it. It's hard to get the grounds out of it when you want to brew another cup. It seems like you have to clean it after every single use.
