I was skeptical when my wife mentioned this machine. Coffee from small cups, I saw this at Stop and Shop with Green mountain, it was alright but that was a commercial machine. When we purchased it I was surprised, it was quick and convenient, a little pricey for the k-cups but not that bad. I bought the special filter for ground coffee, that was a big plus for me as I like a certain brand that does not sell product in the k-cups. I can't drink coffee any more even decaf for medical reasons but my wife uses this machine twice a day.
Quick tip, if you have the special filter, you can use it for herbal tea of jam a couple tea bags in it and run it through the machine.
