I LOVE this machine. I initially bought it as a christmas present for my husband who only has one cup of coffee in the morning. Currently have a Capresso thermos coffee maker, and you have to prep the pot and the coffee still does not come out very hot when brewing a small pot. You need to brew a full pot to get hot coffee. Anyhow, I thought this would be perfect for the morning, he can brew and go, and we could bust out the Capresso when we had company. Boy was I wrong. Everyone wants a Keurig cup. With so many choices (Decaf, flavored, tea, Fair Trade, Organic...etc) from Green Mountain Coffee (awesome coffee) you can customize a cup for all. That is so awesome. And with virtually no mess or clean up, it is a no brainer. We really do love our new found toy, only problem is now we are drinking too much coffee/tea since it is so easy to brew. My only complaints are that it isn't as hot as I would like it, but I like my coffee HOT. True, there are 3 brewing temperatures, and it comes to you prepared to brew the hottest (192 degrees), but it still isn't quite hot enough. Plus the filling of the tank can be a pain, and it does make a loud noise during heating/brewing. But if you asked me to give it up I would say NO WAY.
