I just got one of these machines for Christmas and it is AWESOME! I should say that I am NOT a coffee lover, but purchased this for its wide variety of available teas and cocoas for myself, and to be able to brew coffee quickly for my coffee-drinking guests. Since I know nothing about coffee, I wanted a no-nonsense machine that does all the work for me and produces a great-tasting cup of coffee that I'd be proud to offer to guests. And the Keurig delivers!
Everything about this machine is simple, from the one-time setup process to running a cleansing brew (water-only). Filling up the water reservoir and inserting/removing K-cups is a breeze.
The coffee-making process goes something like this:
1) Insert K-cup
2) Push a button
That's it! In less than 30 seconds you'll have a piping hot coffee in your cup. I am amazed at how fast this machine works. At first I was skeptical that the coffee might not taste that great since it's brewed so quickly, but after brewing multiple test cups and offering them up to my guests, I'm convinced Keurig has this whole single serving coffee thing down to a science.
