I've had this for a few years now. I love that it's so easy to make coffee and that you have instant hot water when you need it. The only thing that I don't like is that I have tried many flavors of coffee and their all way too strong to just make 1 cup like it is designed to do. I like my coffee strong, but this is way too strong. Everyone that has ever came to my house and tried it said the same thing. What we do is make 2 or 3 cups of coffee with 1 pod. And, that is set on the largest cup setting. Or, we have the little basket that you can put your own coffee in and use instead of the pods. That way you can put as much coffee in as you like.
