I first discovered Keurig at work 6 yrs ago. The first time I used it,I decided I wanted one for my home. I contacted Keurig that day about a home machine, before they had actually come out with one, as I was willing to buy a commercial machine for my home. I received one of the very first home B-100 units 4 yrs ago, but it had a pump problem. They subsequently sent me a B-60, which I have been using ever since -about 3 yrs now- without any problems or complaints.
